National Fast Food Chain
The largest region of a national fast food chain was experiencing a 12.3% decrease in sales and a 2.5% decrease in traffic from the previous year.

Results:
- Store 1: Store traffic was up a total of 9% and store sales were up a total of 16.4%.
- Store 2: Store traffic was up a total of 5.9% and store sales were up a total of 9.7%.
- Store 3: Store traffic was up a total of 8.9% and store sales were up a total of 13.4%.
- Store 4: Store traffic was up a total of 12.6% and store sales were up a total of 15%.

National Grocery Chain
A national grocery chain remodeled and re-opened one of their stores in Chesapeake, VA under another brand within the company. Since the re-branding, the store was not performing at acceptable levels

- Store sales were up 26% over the same time from the prior year.

National Discount Grocery Chain
A national grocery chain purchased and remodeled a store location and re-opened it as a regional discount grocery brand. At their grand re-opening they advertised through radio spots, flyers, newspaper ads and self- installed pennant lines. Since the acquisition and re-branding, the store was not performing at acceptable levels as of their one-year anniversary.
